In order to be better able to apply to high voltage and high power applications,the device of MMC sub module circuit board gradually increased and the density of the line gradually increased with the height of MMC module, the signal integrity,power integrity and electromagnetic compatibility of MMC sub module gradually emerged. Such problems as the crosstalk of signals, the unreasonable structure of the stacked layer, and the resonance of the plane will affect the stable operation of the sub module circuit board, and then affect the safe operation of the system. The MMC sub module circuit board on the lack of work, in this paper, supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China flexible DC for wide frequency systems modeling flow"(Grant NO.51207054) and Central Universities fund project flexible DC exchange flow valve system modeling and its application(Grant NO.13MS75) focus on the study of the module of the influencing factors and optimization methods of multi-level sub module PCB layout. The main innovative achievements are as follow:(1) The PCB theory is applied to the MMC module of multilevel PCB layout optimization, in order to improve the working characteristics of PCB module board.Electromagnetic Suite ANSYS simulation platform is used to simulate the signal integrity and power integrity.(2) The paper presents the theory of electromagnetic cooperation, and gives a brief account of the factors of PCB signal integrity and power integrity of the sub module of modular multilevel converter, and presents the method of optimizing the different influence.(3) Based on the simulation platform of Electromagnetic Suite ANSYS, the MMC circuit board model is constructed and simulation of resonant, and the impedance characteristic and EMC simulation of the circuit board were analyzed.The decoupling capacitor network design of the power supply ground plane is studied. Through the simulation of the resonant plane, the reasonable adding decoupling capacitor can effectively suppress the planar resonance and reduce the impedance of the plane.(4) Simulation research on the layout optimization of the line in Siwave, at the same time S parameter extraction of the key link of the MMC sub module PCB board, using a set of parameter S of Signal Integrity simulation process based on the MMC sub module circuit board were crosstalk and eye simulation, discusses the eye diagram of the mechanism and influencing factors, is verified by the simulationresults of proposed model correctness.
