Power transformer is the core equipment of the power system. Once the fault occurs, the economic loss caused by the power transformer is huge. In order to as much as possible to prevent and reduce the occurrence of transformer fault, need to master the running state of transformer in real time, early found hidden trouble of transformer, the transformer online monitoring is the realization of this goal is the main method. Under this background, this paper studies the technology of on-line monitoring of oil dissolved gas and partial discharge on-line monitoring technology. In the aspect of oil dissolved gas on-line monitoring, in-depth analysis of the principle of separation of oil and gas technology, gas identification technology and data analysis technology and the advantages and disadvantages of selected techniques currently applicable to on-line monitoring, and as the basis for the 3 110 kV transformer design a set of oil dissolved gas line monitoring system, the system has the functional units improve the online separation of oil and gas by vacuum method, on-line gas chromatograph and gas sensor detection and identification of the components of gas content, capable of real-time analysis of gas dissolved in transformer oil, and the results will be delivered by WEB to monitor the operation of the unit, according to the actual situation in the field operation of the system, its stability and reliability have been verified. In the on-line monitoring of partial discharge, based on the principle and characteristic of partial discharge in transformer, analyzes the pulse current method, supersonic detection method and advantages and disadvantages of the UHF method in on-line monitoring of partial discharge, and according to the designed a set three method in one and the on-line partial discharge monitoring system of autonomous sensor design and the system with three joint location method of partial discharge location and value, positioning accuracy is higher. Combined use of dissolved gas in oil and partial discharge on-line monitoring system can be more effective and more accurate judgment out of transformer insulation weak place, and accordingly to make corresponding processing, the safe operation of the transformer has a more positive significance.
