Energy is the driving force of social development,is the foundation of human social progress,energy issues of national security and social stability.Therefore,to accelerate the construction of energy and security of energy supply security has been an important foundation for China's economic construction and development.With the economic and social development,environmental issues have become increasingly prominent,the traditional fossil energy sources cannot meet the requirements of sustainable economic and social development,new and renewable energy increasingly widespread national attention and the world.How scientific and rational development of intelligent network planning including distributed power supply is placed in front of the grid planners a challenging new tasks.At present,for smart grid planning with Distributed Power study abroad,still in its infancy.On the basis of investigation and research,through systematic analysis and summary strengthen the research on the basic theory and planning methods.The different types of mathematical models of different types of distributed power,with the traditional distribution network planning model combining research through new issues under the new system,enrich the theory of intelligent network planning including distributed power,complementing the related fields at home and abroad blank,it is conducive to the rational use of distributed renewable energy science.Under the guidance of the correct planning theory,planning and reasonable use of the right it is also crucial.If the types of distributed power access,installation location,distributed power capacity,storage capacity and proportion and power quality governance is inappropriate,not only cannot play the role of the advantages of distributed power supply,power distribution system may also be run to produce negative effects,such as increased risk of system operation,increased power consumption,resulting in reduced system voltage stability,a substantial increase in short-circuit capacity,reducing system reliability.Therefore,this article has been applied to actual cases studied.The main contents of this paper include: planning the power distribution network containing distributed power,the initial establishment of intelligent distribution network containing distributed power supply planning theory;distribution network containing distributed power grid plan,put forward there grid technical and economic optimization method helps high penetration of distributed power connected to the grid,economical and reasonable access to distributed power sources to provide a theoretical basis;economic evaluation distribution network containing distributed power system,from technical and economic and reliability point of view,the proposed distribution network economic evaluation system containing distributed power,the optimization of operations for the establishment of a smart grid containing distributed power,providing a scientific and rational basis for evaluation,a strong impetus to building a modern distribution network.The combination of these contents,constitute the containing distributed power planning new smart grid system.
