Load forecasting is an important part of power system planning, which is the basis of economic operation of the power grid, it is very important to power system planning and operation. The main work is to predict the future power load time distribution and space distribution, to provide a reliable basis for decision making for power system planning and operation. Power grid planning is to load forecasting and planning of power as the basis, to determine when and where to build, and what type lines, in order to achieve the transmission capacity within the period of planning requirements, in order to meet the technical index of the system with minimum cost.Research on power grid planning, further optimizing planning project, to better guide the construction of power grid, power grid security and reliable power supply, is of great significance to promote the quality of power grid development.This paper mainly studies load forecasting and planning of Liaocheng power grid.First of all, to Liaocheng area 110 k V, 35 k V, 10 k V power system from the aspects of substation and line, grid structure, main equipment and operation life of distribution automation are analyzed, and summarizes the existing problems of power system.Secondly, a comprehensive analysis of the current status of power grid in Liaocheng area of Liaocheng City, the power supply load of historical data and the load characteristics are analyzed, combined with the regression analysis method, the consumption of power supply output method and elastic coefficient method, the maximum load utilization hours and the growth rate method, different voltage grade on the network for load forecasting.Then, according to the results of load forecasting, the substation planning,network planning and planning construction scale of several aspects, respectively,planning scheme design on 110 kV, 35 k V and 10 k V network.Finally, the plan evaluation is in accordance with the requirements of economic and social sustainable development strategy, to estimate the investment planning, cost analysis and economic analysis of power transmission and transformation project.
