Along with the economic development,changing industrial structure and volume surge in electricity industry of our country,more and more small amount and multiple batches of high value-added goods transportation demand comes into being,which brings transportation enterprises great challenges and opportunities.Traditional railway transportation dues to its own characteristics such as large freight volume and complex business processing,which makes it lose the development opportunities in the fast freight market.In order to reverse the unfavorable situation,railway corporation advocates to develop high-speed railway transportation of goods,use the free time of high-speed lines to operate freight trains so as to increase transportation income.Based on this background,this paper will investigate and analyze the shipper in the current transport channel,the main research content is as follows:(1) Understanding the railway enterprises in view of the development of fast goods of freight shipping products,analyzing the problems existing in the railway express products;(2) Getting the suitable experience for our country to develop high-speed railway freight business by studying the operation process of abroad high-speed fast freight train,analyzing the operation feasibility of high-speed railway freight from the aspects such as speed,line construction,high-speed rail freight train the feasibility,and proposing three kinds of high-speed railway express train organization pattern according to high-speed railway construction and its actual operating characteristic in our country;(3) Utilizing the disaggregate model to study the choice behavior of quick cargo transportation mode.To do the RP/SP survey of the shipper in the freight channel,according to RP survey data to analyze individual social characteristics of the shipper's influence on the transportation mode choice behavior;Based on SP survey data,establishing MNL(Mutinominal Logit) Model,determining the utility function of each transportation mode,by using Nlogit software to demarcate parameters,obtaining the share rate of each mode of transportation by the utility function,then researching the market competitiveness after high-speed railway fast freight entering into transportation corridor;(4) Analyzing individual choice behavior of the shipper and introducing personal preferences and utility theory.To determine the main factors affecting the shipper's choice behavior,according to the utility maximization behavior hypothesis,completing the shipper's shipping selection;O n this basis,according to the primary plan of the shipper,the bi-level programming model is established,the influence that incentives of the carrier on the shipper's choice behavior is studied and the nested genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model.The carrier finally will be able to get effective incentives to change the shipper's transportation mode selection,which can help high-speed express better adapt to market.(5) Surveying the shippers between "Guangzhou-Changsha" OD on the field, completing case analysis by using the data obtained.Predicting the share rate of high-speed fast freight after entering into transportation corridor;Putting forward the transportation service adjustment strategy which is adapt to the market development by analyzing the relationship between the incentives of the carrier and the transportation mode selection of the shipper.
