Research On The Relationship Between High-speed Rail And Air Express Transportation

E-commerce promotes the rapid development of express transportation industry.At present,there are three main modes of express transportation: road,high-speed rail and air,short-distance road occupies an absolute advantage,while medium-and long-distance highspeed rail and aviation can better meet the requirements of the express market for transportation timeliness and reliability.The continuous construction and improvement of high-speed rail network has laid a solid hardware foundation for the development of highspeed rail express delivery,and the characteristics of high-speed rail speed,large volume,low cost,little affected by the weather,green environmental protection,safety and stability perfectly meet the requirements of express transportation.However,at present,high-speed rail express delivery is still in the early stage of development,and there are still some problems,such as imperfect freight related infrastructure,few service outlets,long response time,untimely pick-up and delivery at both ends,which makes the market share of high-speed rail express delivery very small.The development of air express is earlier than that of high-speed rail,and its partner scale and service level are significantly higher than that of high-speed rail express,which is one of the main modes of medium-and long-distance express transportation.Because there is some overlap and different advantages between high-speed rail and aviation in the category and distance of transport goods,the two sides will inevitably compete fiercely in order to compete for market share.In order to avoid the vicious competition between highspeed rail and aviation,resulting in multi-party losses and the reduction of the sustainable development ability of express transport market,it is necessary to study the competitive relationship between high-speed rail and air express transportation.this paper discusses the countermeasures and suggestions to promote reasonable competition,cooperation,coexistence,sustained and healthy development of both sides.The research ideas of this paper are as follows:Firstly,on the basis of introducing the definition,types and characteristics of express delivery,this paper defines the definition of high-speed rail express and air express,and qualitatively analyzes the competition and cooperation between them.It shows that there is competition and cooperation between high-speed rail express and air express.Secondly,the self-organization characteristics of high-speed rail and air express transportation system are analyzed based on system dynamics and self-organization theory.the key factors affecting the development and evolution of high-speed rail and air express transportation system are analyzed from the three aspects of external economy,population and environment,as well as the competitive behavior of government,high-speed rail and aviation within the system.Then,based on the Lotka-Volterra model,from the point of view of the nonlinear interaction among government,high-speed rail and aviation,the self-organizing dynamic evolution system model of high-speed rail and air express transportation system is constructed,and using the system dynamics model--flow rate basic into-tree model,the self-organizing flow rate basic into-tree model of high-speed rail and air express transportation system is established,and the system simulation flow diagram is obtained.Finally,the initial scenario simulation and sensitivity test are carried out based on the simulation flow graph,and according to the sensitivity test results,different scenarios are set for simulation analysis,and according to the simulation analysis results,the government,high-speed rail and aviation provide management countermeasures and suggestions for the government,high-speed rail and aviation to promote reasonable competition and win-win cooperation between high-speed rail and air express transportation.
