With the vigorous development of domestic and international logistics,the logistics has an important impact on our national economy.Logistics managers desire to optimize all aspects of logistics,in order to gain maximum profit of industries.Distribution is an important part of logistics,the level of distribution is a symbol to weigh the weight of logistics industry.In theory,the study on LRP is from an overall perspective.The analysis of LAP,VRP,TSP and LRP is to build LAP model,VRP model,TSP model and LRP model with traffic congestion index.In achieve,solving LRP is from an overall perspective.Showing the real distribution routes,locating distribution centers,distribution points and adding details about centers and points on Baidu map.Rewriting the GA,which is verified by data set,which solve LRP is fulfilled.This article is divided into the following sections:The first part,describing the background and concepts.It introduces the background and practical significance of logistics.It introduces the logistics,the logistics distribution,GIS.It analyzes the internal relations between them.It analyzes theoretical feasibility of GIS technology in real logistics.The second part,the analysis and research on LRP.Using JavaScript on secondary development from Baidu API platform to achieve the combination of logistics and GIS,it analyzes VRP can be transformed to TSP in special situation,Rewriting the GA by JAVA technology.It enable algorithm written question of LRP,which distribution center and distribution point coordinate data is derived from Baidu map.In order to introduce the traffic congestion index to LRP,Formula Deduction it.The Floyd-Genetic combination algorithm solve the LRP with the traffic congestion index based on it.The third part,the LRP instance validation.The Floyd-Genetic combination algorithm solve the practical problems of a vegetable logistics companies were verified.in the part of verification,verifying the LRP with the traffic congestion index and the LRP without the traffic congestion index.
