Study On Efficiency Improvement Of S Company Door Controller

For manufacturing enterprises,the part that really creates value is the production stage of the product.The production efficiency in the production process is directly related to the utilization of production resources,production costs,production agility and product delivery period,etc.,and it is one of the most core competitive factors of enterprises.With the increasingly fierce competition in the market,in order to reduce production costs and increase market competitiveness,improve the level of internal production efficiency is an important task which is placed in front of each enterprise.S company is a private enterprise engaged in R&D and production of automotive electronic products.Its products are positioned as multi variety,small batch and high added value.At present,there are still many problems in the workshop,such as low balance rate,low equipment start-up rate,low utilization rate of personnel,production line waiting for material and so on,which seriously affects the production effciency.In the face of increasingly fierce competition in the industry,S company need to reduce production costs and gain competitive advantage by improving the production effciency.This paper takes S company's door controller as the research object,and studies its production effciency by three steps: production efficiency diagnosis,production efficiency analysis and production efficiency problem solving.Specifically,first of all,from the perspective of working time loss,to make a diagnosis of the production efficiency in the door controller from line balancing,management and operational losses;Then according to the diagnostic conclusion to find out the production efficiency problem of door controller;Finally,using IE technology,lean production tools and methods to solve the problem of the production efficiency in door controller.This research effectively improve the utilization rate of conformal coating equipment,the line balance rate of assembly line,and the efficiency of locking screws process.In general,the purpose of improving the production efficiency of the door controller is achieved,and it has the very good reference for production efficiency improving in S company other products and the same type of enterprise at the same time.
