| The operating platform is a mechanical equipment for high-altitude operation served for high altitude operation,equipment installation,maintenance and other industries.As it is used for high altitude operation,so its hydraulic control system should be safety,reliability and good maneuverability and its leveling control should have a good leveling control precision.This requires higher standard when design hydraulic control system of the operating platform.The researchful significance of the load sensitive hydraulic control system is to design and study the operating platform’s load sensitive hydraulic control system and the working bucket’s electro-hydraulic proportional automatic leveling control system according to the operating conditions,load changes etc.So that it ensures that the hydraulic system works well and performance and precision of the electro-hydraulic leveling control system meet operation requirements when operation platform works.According to a ubber-tyred manipulator which is used for installing arch centering in tunnel;it studied the operating characteristics and mechanical movements.Then it design the operating platform’s load sensitive hydraulic control system.Through some calculations it selected elements of the hydraulic control system.Next,the load sensitive hydraulic control system of the operating platform is deeply analyzed by using a software called Amesim.After the hydraulic system is analyzed,the mathematical model of electro-hydraulic proportional automatic leveling control system is derived.According to the mathematical model,a fuzzy PID controller is designed and it simulated simulation research for the leveling control system.The main achievements of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the operation condition,structure and stress analysis of the operating platform,a quantitative pump load sensitive hydraulic control system for the operation platform is designed.It calculated and selected the hydraulic control system’s elements to ensure the hydraulic control system is economical,reasonable and matched.(2)It analyzed the load sensitive hydraulic system’s performance of the operation platform.By using Amesim,it simulated the load change during the whole operation process.Then the change of pressure and flow in each executive element are analyzed.It studied whether the executive elements of the operation platform could bear under the working conditions,and made some improvements for the hydraulic control system after analysis.(3)The electro-hydraulic proportional leveling control system’s mathematical model of the operating platform is derived.Then it designed a fuzzy PID controller by using the software called MATLAB.The PID simulation model and the fuzzy PID simulation model of the system are built and under the input of unit step signal,the controller designed is simulated.Through the simulation results it determined that the fuzzy PID controller is accurate and reliable. |
