| With the improvement of society,the building interior decoration has been more and more attention to people.Common architectural decoration such as floor,wallpaper,grilles,curtains and desktop protection material,the traditional decoration materials are multi-purpose stone class,the advantages of PVC decorative materials are light and beautiful so gradually take place the traditional material,widely used in interior decoration.But in actual fire accident occurs,because of the large area decoration throughout the building,as the combustion improver,expand the scope of the fire burning,and speeds up the fire spreading.At the same time,due to containing materials such as PVC,combustion would release large amounts of toxic smoke,threating the life of human beings.So at home and abroad in recent years in the field of decoration materials combustion characteristic research has made great breakthrough.Through the study found a large number of related literature at home and abroad,main research is focused on five kinds of material of decorative materials,including PS、PE、PP、PVC and PMMA.But there are many different kinds of materials,the experimental design of the single,unable to establish a test standard.Therefore this experiment aims on the PVC material,selected the typical 6 kinds of PVC decorative materials,use small size entities combustion experiment and computer simulation of fire scenario experiment method of combining the combustion characteristic.Physical experiment by the Brooke Company of German research and development the X-ray diffraction analyzer(XRD)and the TA instrument Company of United States developed the thermo-gravimetric analyzer(TG),X-ray diffraction analyzer used to detect the elements in the samples,to learn more about several kinds of the basic composition of the sample,provide the basic support for combustion analysis behind.Thermo-gravimetric analyzer used to study the thermal decomposition of the samples,this materials are summarized from the aspects of microstructure in the case of rising the quality change rule,analysis and comparison the pyrolysis of the differences between different samples and different heating rate on the effects of weightlessness.From the experimental data using the method of pyrolysis kinetics of correlation analysis,using numerical simulation and linear fitting method to solve the three factors of different samples of dynamics.Sample combustion experiment by using ISO9705 small size heat release rate of the test bench,set the sample burning platform.At the same time in the combustion of the samples by each detection device to record the data in real time,analysis of the different samples of heat release rate,the change of temperature,toxic gas and quality.In terms of simulation results,use of American national standards institute of technology research and development of FDS fire simulation software to simulate the PVC floor after ignition fire scenario,by setting the detecting element to get the relevant data and the real combustion experimental data contrast research,analyzed the software in the applicability of the material combustion simulation. |
