With the development of society and advancement of science nowadays,people’s lives are improved gradually,electricity consumption of the residents increases than last year.because the short-circuit cable,overload or poor contact failure,will make the wire and cable in the fault state of operation there is a high temperature hidden.And in the decoration of the project,the closing laying of the wire result in the inconvenience of line detection.Potential risks,they are very easy to cause a fire accident,Resulting in bad outcomes for people and property.In order to test the electrical fire hidden danger better,the method of HS-GC/MS was adopted to pyrolysis on three kinds of material(silicone materials,insulated rubber tape,Polyvinyl chloride)in the electric circuit;Analyzing the gas composition,determining and selecting sensitive index gas,providing technical support for detecting electrical fire and check electrical accidents hidden danger.The following results have achieced.(1)Based on the the academic foundation of the structure,properties and pyrolysis behavior of the silicone material,insulating tape,bv2.5 polyvinyl chloride insulating material,combined with the working principle of the headspace gas chromatography mass spectrometry,and discerning the factors influencing the detection of the instrument.The experimental conditions of silicone material,insulating tape and bv2.5 polyvinyl chloride insulating material were selected rationally,and the low temperature heating experiment was designed for the material.(2)Through the qualitative analysis of the experimental data,the blasting and toxic effects of the vapor component of the silicone material,the insulating tape and the bv2.5 polyvinyl chloride insulating material and the effect of loss of gas components on material insulation and other properties were obtained during pyrolysis.Results indicate that the silicone materials,insulated rubber tape,Polyvinyl chloride between 60 and ℃ 120 ℃,every 20 temperature interva℃ l has different gas composition.(3)On the foundation of the experimental conclusion,referring to the chemical and physical properties of the heat-precipitated components of the silicone material,the insulating tape and the bv2.5 polyvinyl chloride insulating material,the corresponding measurable index gas was selected in the temperature range of every 20 ℃.A model of electrical circuit monitoring method based on index gas is designed.
