| SDG is a rapid nondestructive density gauge technology in the filed of subgrade compaction detecting, it will be beneficial to dynamic control of filling quality in site and could be expected to overcome the weakness about real-time or efficiency.But up to now, very few domestic scholars make researches in the field, which made the Soil Density Gauge still in the exploratory stage. For this reason, this thesis was combined with the subgrade projects that come from the Changshu engineering quality test center and the Kunshan engineering quality test center to analyze a series of influence factors of SDG and develop the research on statistical analysis of rapid testing of compaction qualities with SDG which is used in clay,silt,stabilized soil and sand.What’s more,in view of different requirements of construction site and quality testing unit,error modification method of SDG was established.At the same time, with integrating the results of this research and the characteristics of nondestructive testing, a standardized testing for Soil Density Gauge has been put forward to supportting a scientific and reasonable reference to the practical project applications of SDG.1. The functions of the parameters setting of SDG was systematic studied and analyzed to the SDG in detail by the way of simulating subgrade compaction detecting in laboratory. At the same time, the impact of it was found and used to support standardized testing to the application of SDG,through simulating the factor of subgrade compaction detecting in laboratory,2、Combined with the projects that come from the Changshu engineering quality test center and the Kunshan engineering quality test center, a lot of field test data of SDG and Sand Cone Method were obtained in the field of different kinds of soils.and with inputting it to statistical analysis, some related statistical indexes were found,thus setting a stage for giving a scientific and reasonable evaluation of SDG which is used in clay,silt,stabilized soil and sand.3、By a contrastive analysis of dry soil density between Soil Density Gauge and Sand Cone Method, the source and forms of error were analyzed. And based on it, this article shows two methods of data correction for SDG’ dry soil density. One is compensation method, another is entire modified model. The main results indicate that both methods can improve the test accuracy of SDG greatly and met the requirement of the real soil density detection.4、Based on the feature of subgrade compaction detecting and requirement of SDG, a standardized testing for Soil Density Gauge has been put forward to supportting a scientific and reasonable reference to the practical project applications of SDG. |
