Electric Vehicles Dashboard Interface Information Display Design

With the fast development of China's automobile industry,automotive interior man-machine interface draw more and more attention.Auto Meter system is recognized as indispensable pilot assessment tool,which is the key interfaces to exchange information for drivers.Besides,the accuracy of the information of the interface has a great impact on the driver's safety awareness and experience.The design of the dashboard interface information systems of Electric car need to ensure the safety of the car as well as the fluent interaction between people and cars.In the driving senario,drivers communicate with machines through accessing,controlling and working out information to make behavioral responses and finish task coordination processes with machines.This is a process of learning and cognition,which will negativly impact users driving behavior and the efficiency.Only when the driver's thinking and automotive instrument information of interface come to an agreement,effective exchange of information among them can be possible.This thesis research topic is derived from the project of the pure electric car dashboard information display design when the author work in graduate school as a member of Hunan University Auto Body Car Key Laboratory for Advanced Manufacturing National.This design project shows the information through pre tablet to display meter information via three buttons on the steering wheel control on the instrument panel.Paper introduces the dashboard information display interface design,the entire interface design project design,analysis,research and summary.At the beginning of the interface design,I did a horizontal statistical analysis on large auto companies and the concept car dashboard interface.Based on this,I selected 12 models of electric car dashboard interface design to conduct a longitudinal comparative analysis of competing products,mainly for dashboard information architecture,information display,visual elements,control design,color tends expand;Then,according to the results of the data analysis,I combined the exploration and understanding of industry trends,functional design,process design,information architecture design,control design,visual design;On the basis of this,I completed a pure electric car dashboard information display interface design.Pure electric car dashboard information display interface design,information architecture and content of the dashboard display of new research and exploration,and completed the final interface design.For a similar man-machine interface design car interiors have some reference.
