Under such background, the concept of ecological sustainable development has become the mainstream of modern society, under the influence of ecological sustainable development, for architectural heritage protection and reuse problem has become one of the focus subjects of the government and academia. How to utilize the architectural heritage based on the condition of reasonable protection, and the consideration of regional environmental carrying capacity to fully tap its multicultural values to meet people’s diversified needs, make its history, art and technology value converted into economic value, so as to promote the urban and rural economic development, which will be the important content in the process of development of architectural heritage reuse.Henan total convent of modern buildings of Catholicism of east YangWeiPu village,Eastern suburbs XiangFu district in Kaifeng, Henan province, was founded in 1929, was the first institution of higher learning dedicated to the cultivation of China’s Father in Henan province. It has cultivated a large number of senior clergy before stop recruit students in 1958.The convent is preserved basically, modern buildings including the gate, and the main existing chapel. Catholic Henan total convent as an important modern architectural heritage,has a very high research value in aspects of history, technology, art, which is a national key cultural relics protection unit. But such a group of excellent modern buildings has not obtained due diligence and attention of related departments.Under the background of comprehensive history, architecture and Tourism,based on the modern Catholic Henan total convent buildings as an example,through the in-depth interpretation of the relevant literature at home and abroad,with the development history of Catholicism in Kaifeng as the background, systematically research on complex spatial layout of Catholic Henan total convent modern buildings,deeply analyzing the characteristics of the complex function layout,construction monomer,from the perspective of architectural aesthetics,the study of its architectural detail,with the current situation of the modern architecture as a starting point,summing up the historical and cultural,scientific and technological, artistic aesthetics,architectural emotion and social and economic value,by using the SWOT analysis method,the existing problems are found in the field investigation,summarizing the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of the protection and reuse of building group,guided by the theory of urban planning and tourism development, adhere to the principles of architectural heritage protection, urban planning and tourism development,putting forward the method and strategy to solve the existing problems.In view of the current construction and maintenance of the Catholic Church in Henan, the lack of funds, the surrounding environment is poor, the policy has been neglected,the travel route planning is easy to be abandoned, and many other issues,according to local conditions to analyze the development of the conditions, under the influence of the experience of economic theory, locking the market target population, image positioning,according to the relevant provisions of the Henan provincial government promulgated the "Henan province for the Catholic Church of Henan Province as a key cultural relics protection unit" and the overall planning of Kaifeng City,in the process of protection and reuse of the laws and regulations involved in the principle,putting forward suggestions as implementing regional overall planning, cleaning up the road traffic system, repairing construction material entity, reconstruction of the implementation of building fire, detailed planning for the subject construction and surrounding areas, strengthening the relevant laws and regulations, launching media publicizing and reporting, implementing the strategy of national protection, experiencing of religious culture, appreciating the European architecture art, etc.In the plan, the whole planning area is divided into the core protection area, theconstruction control area and the environmental coordination area, for the main building, in order to protect the main, and then use as a supplement, highlighting its cultural and Exhibition functions,in the construction control area, with the center of the general hospital,in turn, the layout of the cultural base of Chinese culture, cultural theme park, the traditional cultural and Creative Industries Park and leisure living area, trying to create a set of cultural experience, unique dining, shopping and entertainment in one of the tourist sites".To realize the unification of economic benefit, social benefit and environmental benefit from the angle of protection and reuse,under the protection of the premise, so that the architectural heritage of "activation" and re-use,according to the goal of the construction of Kaifeng international tourist city, the historical culture and tourism resources of Kaifeng city are expanded, to make up for the "blind spots" of tourism resources in Dongcheng District, Kaifeng, connecting the other attractions to the ancient city of Kaifeng to form a complete and balanced tourism network,Promoting the construction of "cultural Kaifeng, charming Kaifeng" and regional economic and social development is of great significance.I hope to innovation and reproduction way to protect, inherit and carry forward the traditional culture China and the continuation of its Chinese and Western style,In order to provide the design theory support and design method for the future urban landscape construction work. |
