Research On Protection And Reuse Of Modern Industrial Architectural Heritage In Xi’an

The Chinese government and academia attach great importance to the research on the protection and reuse of industrial architectural heritage.There is a certain amount of theoretical research,practical experience and rich results.However,there is still a certain gap between my country and western developed countries.Based on the theoretical foundation of industrial architectural heritage protection and reuse,the author uses design,architecture and cultural heritage,history,thermodynamics and other multidisciplinary research methods to explore,and strive to explore the theoretical thinking and re-use of industrial architectural heritage protection in China.Methods and strategies used,and case studies with real cases.This article consists of six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which briefly introduces the research methods,related concepts,research purposes,research background,research significance and current situation at home and abroad.The second chapter is the historical evolution of Xi’an’s modern industrial heritage,expounds the development history of Xi’an’s modern and modern industry and industrial architecture,and selects domestic and foreign cases for analysis.The third chapter is theoretical thinking.It studies the constituent elements and value composition of industrial architectural heritage,analyzes its models,uses thermodynamics to analyze,and expounds the relationship between industrial architectural heritage and reuse.The fourth chapter studies the methods of protection and reuse of industrial architectural heritage,and analyzes the strategies,basic principles,basic methods,basic models and cultural regeneration models of industrial architectural heritage protection and reuse.Chapter 5 is a case analysis,introducing the status quo and value of Banpo International Art District,and designing the plan for transformation.
