| This paper designs a transformer cooling control system based on MSP430 MCU, through the analysis of domestic and abroad development of transformer cooling system. The cooling system can automatically control the transformer cooling system according to the temperature and humidity information. It can effectively reduce the temperature of transformer cooling system. It will also reduce the power loss. By introducing the RS-485 transmission interface and GPRS transmission mode, it can transmit information to the operation of cooling system in substation control system, meet the requirements of the development of intelligent substation. Through the introduction of key and display processing function, it can facilitate the fault query and query site inspection. The system is stable and reliable, which makes up for the shortcomings of traditional transformer cooling system, improves the operation of transformer monitoring and automatic control of the management level.It focuses on the hardware design and software design. First, it defines the function requirements of new cooling system. Secondly, it focuses on the function of sub implementation, including main controller comparison and selection, the fan speed control transformer design, the operating temperature of the test design, running environment of the humidity detection design, fan speed detection design, LCD display circuit, communication interface circuit design, power detection unit design and real-time clock circuit and SD card storage circuit design. It gives the hardware principle diagram in detail. It analyzes the hardware circuit design, including circuit board, wiring protection layers laminated device design, overall layout and key signal. In the aspect of software design, it analyzes the basic content of software design. It identifies the basic goal and design idea of the software system design, focuses on the analysis of each subroutine design, including the temperature detection subroutine, humidity detection subroutine, fan speed measurement subroutine, fan power supply detection subroutine and fan speed control subroutine and the keys and display processing subroutine. It analyzes the work flow of each subroutine, and draw the flow chart of each subroutine.Finally, it introduces the test of this cooling system. It is confirmed that each function of cooling system in normal operation through the various unit function test, with fan load running test and final field tests to run.The system has high stability and reliability, can satisfy the system requirements. |
