In the process of operation,the transformer will consume too much heat,resulting in a significant rise in temperature,affecting the operating characteristics of the transformer,reducing its performance,and even seriously damaging the transformer and causing safety accidents.Therefore,check the transformer temperature,and use the cooling method properly,can significantly improve the transformer operation safety,to avoid accidents.In this paper,the transformer cooling control system of 500 KV transformer substation in Donghai Island is taken as the research and reform object.For the configuration of 500 KV power transformer air cooling unit,there are two sets,each set of air cooling unit includes four sets,and the two sets of fans are dynamically controlled according to the transformer load current,winding temperature and oil temperature.STM32f103 as the core control system,combined with the corresponding detection circuit for the load current,current,winding temperature fan and fan of lack of phase detection and display,and according to the inspection situation to dynamic control of two groups of fans,realize high reliable control temperature of transformer substation,the corresponding state information is,to send through the RS-485 bus to the central upper monitor software.At the same time,the system is set to two modes,automatic mode and manual mode respectively.The hardware circuit of the system is designed based on STM32,including data acquisition circuit,microcontroller minimum system,LCD display circuit,relay drive circuit,communication circuit,etc.In terms of software,ke IL was selected as the development environment and C language was used to design system applications.According to the system functions,several sub-programs including main program,LCD display,current acquisition,temperature acquisition and automatic control under four working conditions were designed for analysis and design.Finally,the simulation and physical functional test results show that the system is in line with the original design concept,indicating that the system can operate normally.The design of the cooling control system is of great application value to greatly improve the automation degree of donghai 500 KV substation,improve the reliability of the system,and reduce the cost of the system.
