With the rapid development of urbanization in our country, the traffic noise pollution in the city's road building is very serious.Therefore, to improve the sound environment of urban road building and realized the sustainable development of urban construction, has become one of the important research topics in the present green architecture design.Traffic noise as the strongest radiation and the most extensive pollution sources in the city, has brought a great annoyance and sleep disturbance for the city residents, seriously threat to public health; As a result of urban economic development, it has a wide range of characteristics, such as diversity and instability, and the traditional single perspective research has many limitations. Therefore, it needs to comprehensively address from the perspective of urban planning.Based on the combined evaluation of traffic noise, this paper proposes a hot issue of urban road building to deal with the design strategy of noise pollution, The following is a detailed exposition of the research topic:Chapter 1.Introduction section. Firstly, the purpose and significance of the research are presented in this paper, under the background of noise pollution; this paper summarizes the sound environmental laws and regulations, building layout and the practice of improving the sound environment in the home and abroad; Finally, it proposes the research topic, clear research methods, technical tools and research framework.Chapter 2.It is an important theoretical chapter of the combined evaluation of urban building and traffic noise. Firstly, this paper studies the theoretical and realistic root of the road buildings'layout; Secondly, the combined evaluation standard of sound environmental quality inspection is proposed, which is the concept of sound environment quality standard and Quiet facade of Soundscape; Eventually, the reality and theoretical basis of this paper are formed.Chapter 3.This chapter starts from the technical means of acoustic environmental assessment; firstly introduced the actual operation method of traffic noise, then proposes the sound environment simulation software prediction model and the related noise map color matching method; finally, the validity of the SoundPLAN model is verified. On the basis of the above-mentioned theories, the technical support for the following research is formed.Chapter 4.Through the factors related to the building layout of the morphology of the impact of noise propagation analysis, of different building layout and whether temporary roads set public buildings for acoustic environment simulation analysis, this chapter proposed the city's road building layout should be respond to noise' regular design which is based on the quality standard of the sound environment..Chapter 5.Based on the quiet facade evaluation, first of all, the feasibility and necessity of quiet facade in building design are clarified by case analysis; Secondly, based on the traffic noise measurement of the third chapter, it is verified that the quiet facade has the applicability of the existing building layout in our country.Chapter 6. According to the method of the city road building layout to deal with noise' regular design, the typical area of urban road designed more reasonable. Then,the optimization scheme is verified by the combined evaluation of the subjective and objective point of view of the sound environment standard and the quiet elevation.Chapter 7.Finally the conclusion is proposed.
