So in the process of design and construction, should consider many aspects of facilities and the contact between the environment and develop the relationship, is advantageous to the campus public facilities design and use of the cycle of development.This paper is based on dalian university of technology as a special case, in order to provide survey data to analyze the current situation of dalian university of technology, through the public facilities design layout, the campus public facilities abroad support methods such as case analysis, system theory to solve the problems existing in the dalian university of technology campus, and integrating, sorting, induction form suitable for dalian university of technology campus infrastructure systematized design, thus further solve the problem of insufficient public facilities on campus related, the teachers and students in the university campus to provide a warm and comfortable atmosphere, beautiful campus.
