The influence of economic crisis is gradually on the ebb. With a lot of economic stimulus policies, Chinese government makes China the head of the world high-speed economic development countries, not only making important contributions to the global economy" s rapid recovery, but also bringing a golden opportunity to the development of all areas of the enterprises in the world. Many international giants are very bullish on China's economic market, investment in factories in China, hoping to ride China's high speed development of economy express, and the development of better performance. But opportunities are always accompanied with competition risk. If the enterprises want to compete for survival and development in nowadays cruel market, they must guarantee that all aspects of business management are without risk at all so that to be in an impregnable position.DLI Company is one of the top 500 global semiconductor industry giant, and it is also the first factory invested in China in semiconductor materials production and processing. Its products are mainly used in the computer industry related components production and processing, such as computers, computer integrated chipset, CPU system integration software, and so on, these related products directly affect upgrade and update of the global computer products, which are closely related to the interests of hundreds of millions of customers. Thus DLI products must achieve excellence to meet the requirements of customers" increasingly demanding. But in actual production process, before the formal use, software technology can be modified and adjusted through computer simulation, and will not result in a larger loss cost, but themanagement and maintenance of hardware production equipment is DLI companies the most pressing problem. This article firstly describles the research aim, purpose and method. Secondly disclovers DLI company" s current situation and the industrial status of semiconductor. Thirdly, it analyzes the problems of DLI Conpany based on the authorized knowledge and methods we learnt in MPM class.In the last part of this article, the writer proposes solutions to the problems to ensure DLI is no longer affected by hardware equipment management problems in the process of the development of the company in the future, and fundamentally eliminates the trouble back at home of DLI company.All in all it is hoped that this article can not only dissolve DLI company equipment management problems, but also give other semiconductor manufacturing enterprisescertain reference and help in solving the problem of similar equipment management.
