Optimization Research Of Equipment Maintenance Management System Of Jinchang Power Generation Company Based On TPM

Electric power is the main artery of the development of a country and a region.It is the engine of China’s national economy and an essential part of people’s life.Nowadays,with the deepening of indu strialization,the acceleration of urbanization and the rapid development of science and technology,people’s demand for electric energy is growing rapidly.Safe,stable and throughout the power supply has become one of the signs of the improvement of peop le’s quality of life,social and economic development.For power generation enterprises,the stable operation of equipment is the key to the development of enterprises,which affects the economic benefits and stable development of enterprises.Effective equipment management can help enterprises effectively save costs and improve the competitiveness of the same industry.TPM management advocates full participation in maintenance,pays attention to the daily management and maintenance of equipment,and solves equipment failures at the beginning to reduce the occurrence of safety accidents.Based on the content of TPM management,this paper reorganized the connotation of TPM,the activity basis of TPM,the activity content of TPM and the management objectives o f TPM,the life cycle theory of equipment and the 5S theory,and summarized the main modes of equipment maintenance management system.Taking Jinchang Power Generation Company as the research object,this paper first introduces the general situation of Jin chang Power Generation Company,and analyzes the current situation of equipment maintenance system of Jinchang Power Generation Company from the general situation of equipment,human resources,equipment management organization structure and business process.Secondly,summarizing the problems existing in Jinchang Power Generation Company’s existing equipment maintenance management system,including the lack of standardized system,equipment maintenance management and system implementation is not complete,the lack of preventive maintenance,unclear division of labor,production equipment standardization management are insufficient,staff quality and technical level are uneven and other problems.Based on the TPM thoughts,proposes the TPM equipment maintena nce management system optimization design,including the implementation in the company’s objectives and specific solutions,and design of equipment maintenance management system based on TPM implementation process and the safeguard measures.In this paper,Jinchang Power Generation Company is taken as the research object,and the research conclusions have certain reference value for the construction of equipment maintenance management system in the thermal power generation industry and other related industr ies where Jinchang Power Generation Company is located.
