Because Yantai Zhifu Bay Area D4 berth reconstruction project need to excavate the seabed, wo must ensure the stability of original gravity structure. In this thesis, the limit equilibrium method and the finite element method will be used for analysing stability of the wharf foundation.According to the engineering geological conditions, we choose Vibro Replacement Stone Pile and rotary jet grouting pile, two foundation reinforcement scheme, to analyse. First of all, Fellenius method for the two kinds of schemes of foundation stability is used to calculate, get the safety coefficients and identify alternatives. Then the Simplified -Bishop method for rotary jet grouting pile is used for further calculation, and to determine that the scheme can meet the safety requirements. Finally, using ABAQUS software, we calculate the foundation stability of the jet grouting pile by the strength reduced method. In the calculation, considering the influence of excavation process, the stress condition of the rotary jet grouting pile is analyzed according to the selected pile width, and the anti-bending capacity of the pile is analyzed.
