With the improvement of people's living standards, more and more attention is paid to gas boiler. The gas boiler raise the customers quality of life and comfort because of its advantage, especially convenience, safety and environmental protection. The performance of the gas boiler depend on the heating control system and the control system is the core of the gas boiler. Hence, the important method of improving the performance of the gas boiler is to optimize and improve the heating control system. The heating control system of the gas boiler on the market is unable to meet the high quality demands of the users owing to the shortcoming of bad stability, low combustion efficiency, low safety performance and so on.Besides, in Europe and America, the gas boiler not only be energy-efficient but also should be environmental protection. So the paper design a new-type closed-loop heating control system.Firstly, the present developing statues of gas heating control system is introduced and the main content which based on the research goal is ascertained. Secondly, the working principle of gas heating system is analyzed and the oxygen sensor which is the core component and the principle of gas proportional value are explain in detail. Lastly, the general schemes of the heating control system is designed. The key part of the paper is the closed heating system which is designed based on the character of the oxygen sensor. It has raised the combustion efficiency through adjusting the mixture air proportion. The PID controller is choose as the control algorithm according to the character of the system and the a variety of algorithms. The hardware of the system include power management and mainly-controlling circuit. The power management can satisfy the needs of all kind of voltage type of the mainly-controlling circuit. The mainly-controlling circuit is designed based on the high-performance of STM32 chip microcomputer and it include the detection circuit, drive circuit, display module and so on. The module design method is applied for the software of the system, combing with MCU(STM32), the main control circuit and the peripheral circuits. At last, the hardware and the software of system are tested and the result shows that the system has an excellent performance.According to the result tested. This control system has some advantages such as improvi-ng gas combustion efficiency and saving the energy. Especially, the Measuring of exhaust gas results shows that the environmental requirements meet the design objectives completely.The refore,This control system has an important practical value in the field of gas heating.
