The most used and fastest-growing metro transport system in the city is the subway.Its operation has brought us great convenience,but at the same time,due to the long running time and the large amount of energy consumption,the environmental problems in China are increasingly Under the prominent circumstances,the energy saving and emission reduction of the subway is also particularly important.According to the existing energy consumption of the subway system,the largest proportion is the ventilation and air conditioning system.Therefore,the environmental control system(including large system,small system,tunnel ventilation system,water system)is the focus of the subway energy conservation and environmental protection work.This paper proposes various energy-saving control strategies and conducts in-depth research by studying air-conditioning systems and related load conditions,including energy-saving control based on load forecasting,air&water linkage optimization control,chilled water network hydraulic balance control,chilled water variable flow pressure difference control,and freezing.Water variable flow pressure difference control,chiller energy saving control and cooling water system optimization control,and introduce related equipment and operation of energy management and verification.This paper also analyzes the energy efficiency of the cooling water system under different load rates,the room under typical load rate,the machine room under typical working conditions and the environmental control system under typical load rate,and compares the measured performance data of the prototype of the cold water host to facilitate comparison.Well develop relevant plans for energy conservation and emission reduction.Moreover,due to the different energy-saving awareness of the operators of the on-site air-conditioning system,the energy-saving control system cannot be used normally.This paper specially designed the online diagnostic operation and maintenance platform,through the efficiency of the large system room,the efficiency of the small system room,and the efficiency of the chilled water system,cooling water system efficiency,end load response efficiency,chiller efficiency,cooling tower efficiency,refrigeration pump efficiency,cooling pump efficiency,system bypass effect,small evaporator temperature difference,small condenser temperature difference,compressor refrigerant pressure ratio,etc.Dimensions for scoring and online diagnosis.The energy-saving operation and maintenance situation can be quantitatively evaluated and managed,which greatly facilitates the group management manager to evaluate and supervise the on-site control system,equipment and operation and maintenance personnel.Based on a subway station in Hangzhou,this paper proposes an energy-saving control strategy through its load research,and analyzes its energy efficiency and corresponding diagnostic analysis,so that the design of the environmental control system from the beginning meets the national energy-saving design standards,but There is still a gap with the ultra-efficient environmental control system to meet the annual average energy efficiency ratio of the environmental control system>4.0(excluding the return exhaust fan system),and the annual average energy efficiency ratio of the environmental control system is>3.5(including the return exhaust fan system).Meet the optimization design goals.At the same time,a number of technologies are adopted to keep the chillers operating efficiently throughout their life cycle.
