To meet the needs of ecological civilization construction, in this thesis a study has been made on a building heating system use of solar energy and heat pump as heat sources basis on the Nanjing meteorological data, the research object is a three-storey residential villas in Nanjing heating area of 335.74 m2, expanding research system through the establishment of methods of modeling and simulation analysis, the main research results could be concluded into five aspects as follows:1. Simulating full-year dynamic load using energy simulation software DeST, total energy consumption in heating period is 65047.869MJ. Proposes a solar water heating and heat pump heating system composite heat source, and establish the model of solar collectors, heat storage tank and air source heat pump.2. According to theoretical calculations of the seven groups of typical design parameters to volume ratio of the heat storage tank and the collector area (VAR) is expressed as 0.235m, 0.115m,0.073m,0.053m,0.041m,0.033m and 0.027m respectively.3. Using TRNSYS software to establish the system model, based on the seven groups of parameters above to simulate hourly.The simulation results show:While VAR range from 0.027m to 0.235m the average collector efficiency heating period between 0.373 and 0.488, the average effective heat between 278.996MJ and 295.506MJ, the heat pump’s power consumption between 2718 kWh and 2904kWh; The simulating collection efficiency resulting is 20% smaller than the theoretical.4. According to the TRNSYS simulation results, optimization of the collector area and storage tank volume and collector temperature solar collector system, studying in annual basis costs, heat storage tank water temperature and solar fraction. The results show that:VAR at 0.053m-0.073m within range, the system costing less, then the collector during the heat storage tank in the average temperature of up to 42~47℃, improve the quality of energy,the temperature to meet the requirements of the end radiation, the solar fraction is above 53.258%, and the change of solar fraction VAR system impact is less than 5.750%. Consider-ing VAR is 0.053m, in this case, Ac= 64m2, Vw=3.403m3, the ratio of building heating area and collector area of 5.2:1, the solar fraction is 53.104%.5. Analysis on the economic, energy and environmental benefits.The comparative results show:the value of the dynamic cost of multiple solar hot water and heat pump heating system is lower than other ones, is 10246 yuan per year, and the system of standard coal can be saved each year as 2.555 tons, and the carbon dioxide emissions amounted to 6.801 tons.This thesis studying on the advantage of multiple solar hot water and heat pump heating system in economic and environmentalterms of energy conservation, provide a reference for solar heating system design and the equipment selection in Nanjing.
