| Most of the traditional ships basically adopt the diesel engine propulsion,and the waste gas and oil contamination produced by the traditional ships bring a huge pressure to the environment.The development of new energy for the scenic tour of the ship has become a pressing matter of the moment for sustainable development of aquatic tourism.Based on the domestic and foreign researches in electric propulsion system,this thesis will study the PLC solar energy sightseeing ship electric propulsion system by combining the characteristics of solar energy sightseeing ship and its practical application.The details are as follows:1)Design and construct solar electric propulsion system.According to the specific design requirements of the owner of the solar energy sightseeing ship,propose the framework and preliminary control scheme of power system of solar energy sightseeing ship by combining the performance requirements of solar photovoltaic power generation system and the lithium battery energy storage system.Establish the energy management based on different operating conditions and ensure the power supply requirements of electric propulsion system.2)Design and optimize the control strategy of solar electric propulsion system.According to actual operating conditions and the characteristics of sightseeing ship propulsion,put forward the requirements of electric propulsion of the solar sightseeing ship,analyze the control strategy of the electric propulsion system,then develop and optimize the control programs of electric propulsion system.3)Develop and realize the electric propulsion system controlled by PLC.Based on CAN bus and the system of solar sightseeing ship of Industrial Ethernet,ensure the stability of the underlying data and the communication between PC and PLC.To ensure the flexible operation and fast response of electric propulsion system,Profibus-DP bus communication is adopted between the research and development based on the vector control technology and PLC.And develop the centralized electric monitoring system of human nature.4)Test the electric propulsion system of the solar energy sightseeing ship,and optimize the problems exposed from the voyage.Measured data shows that electric system of the ship can provide safe and stable power output,which can ensure the demand for electricity.Theelectric propulsion system has good propulsion performances,which meet the design requirements. |
