Slope deformation monitoring provides detailed data support for slope construction level of assessment and the stability of the slope in the process of using. According to the slope deformation trend can conclude that the slope deformation influence on surrounding situation. At the same time, it also provide important basis for adopting reasonable construction and adjusting relevant construction technology and procedure. It has intuitive characteristics by monitoring method for the measurement data analysis of slope deformation impact factor. On the basis of it to reveal the characteristics of slope deformation and establish forecasting model has a certain application value.Accordingly, this article take XiaoDongCaoZhengJiaDaGou slope as an example, from the surveying perspective, through investigating the surrounding environment of slope field to select monitoring stations and make monitoring plan. Then using leica TM30 measuring robot to obtain the surface displacements of front, middle and rear, and get the reservoir water level and rainfall data in the study area. According to the data obtaining from different periods, in the form of drawing deformation curve to visually analyze the slope deformation characteristics, influencing factors and deformation characteristics in different cases and explain the link between each other based on the data in different periods. At last, establishing grey prediction model and analyzing the characteristics of the slope deformation from the perspective of internal deformation influence factors. It can provide data and theoretical support for slope stability analysis and effective governance through the implementation of monitoring. It can draw the following conclusions by the cycle monitored of slope and analyzed of monitoring data:The trailing edge and border slope cracks on the deformation of 200 ~ 300 mm after the centre sill reservoir water level is about 625 m on the early stage of the monitoring. Reservoir water level gradually reduces from 625 meters to 613 meters during the early November to December in 2011, and the month change of the slope deformation dropped to about 60 to 100 mm. Slope body internal deformation is affected by the water levels fall when the water level drop from 613 m to 591 m on October in 2012 and on March in 2013. Through monitoring has found that there is no new anomaly when it has a relatively dense patrol monitoring during the period of rainfall. The central and trailing edge of the slope deformation is generally smaller than front slope, and the main reason is that the slope leading edge directly erosion by the reservoir water when water level rises, which led to the decrease of the leading edge of slope stability. Combining with the exploration data of slope analysis results, slope creep deformation is still at a constant speed. On the whole it is in stable condition and it is unlikely to cause a big danger in the short term. From analyzing the monitoring data find that, reservoir is the most important factor affecting the stability of slope, and rainfall is not obvious influence on slope stability.Setting up grey model to predict the slope change trend, and it can come to the conclusion as follows:Fitting the tendency of the two kinds of data and through contrasting the results has found that the change trend observed by JCD5 and ICD8 is different to the grey forecasting model. It specific performance in that the values forecasted by ICD5 increase, but the actual measured decrease. This suggests that leading edge is getting ideal effect under the condition of reinforcement and trends toward stable state. Meanwhile, the values forecasted by ICD8 decrease, but the actual measured increase. This suggests that the trailing edge is not getting ideal effect under the condition of reinforcement and trends toward deformation increase state. The error by calculated further illustrates the urgency of the slope reinforcement work, and validates the feasibility of using grey model to forecast the stability of slope. The following conclusions are got by analyzed the slope deformation characteristics from the perspective of internal deformation influence factors:External deformation characteristics are mainly embodied in the construction of slope and reservoir water level, and the reservoir water level is one of the important factors affecting deformation characteristics. Internal deformation characteristics are mainly embodied in the relationship between the rock deformations Angle, slope Angle, slope height, thickness of strata and rock mechanics, and the relationship between rocks mechanics is the most important factors influencing the slope deformation characteristics.
