| With the rapid development of Machinery Industry in China,mechanical manufacturing enterprises should focus on improving production efficiency,realizing automation,ensuring the quality and precision of the workpieces when assembling mechanical parts.It’s the essential parts to pressed loading workpiece in engine assembling pipeline.but many manufacturing enterprises in China can’t realizing automation when pressed loading the workpieces in engine pump because of cost and technique limitation,so that the problems of bad quality of products and low production are caused,and it can’t satisfy the needs of the production requirement.This paper focus on pressing loading the pump shaft in a motorcycle engine,the quality of the pressed loading influences the engine working and safety performance directly.In order to ensure the efficiency and quality when pressing loading the pump shaft,it’s important to use machinery visual error proofing technology to press loading the pump.In this paper,analyze the pressing technology at home and abroad,combined the functional requirements of this system,we use Machine Vision Technique to prevent parts assembly error,and this system is a closed-loop system,it can on-line monitoring pressure and displacement,and using LabVIEW write the host computer’s control interface.The main contents:Firstly,the article through to research of error proofing technology,Machine Vision Technique and tradition pump shaft pressing system,then according to this system requirements,we design a assembly program and action process,Establishment of a Error Proofing system about pump shaft pressing system.Secondly,according to the system requirements,we came up with a control method that IPC+PLC.In this system,lower computer is PLC,and this part mainly control the mechanical system.Industrial computer as the host computer and this part mainly control the electronic system,it real-time monitoring to pressing system through the communication with data acquisition card and PLC,this way can help us get a large number of useful data about this pressing system.In this section,we also introduce some important components and Control Strategy.Finally,according to the fixed technological process,draw the program flow chart,realize the address allocation of I/O,then compose the control program of PLC.UsingLabVIEW compose the control interface,parameter setting interface and some monitoring interface of the pump shaft pressing system.This system can real-time monitoring the force and displacement,it also can judgment the eligibility of products through the user’s request. |
