Process planning is an important part of product processing and manufacturing,and it is a bridge between design and manufacturing.Improving the quality and efficiency of process planning is one of the ways for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness.The traditional process planning design is highly dependent on manual experience and knowledge level.It has the defects of poor consistency and low efficiency,and is difficult to adapt to the needs of the development of modern manufacturing.In response to the above problems,this paper studies the traction machine frame parts process planning method by using MBD model to express the intuitiveness and integrity of process information.This method is combined with feature technology,knowledge engineering,logical reasoning,intelligent calculation and other technologies.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The definition,classification and relationship of machining features are analyzed.According to the representation characteristics of the part boundary information in NX,the automatic recognition of features is realized by using the boundary representation method.The extraction of PMI 3D labeling information from MBD model is realized by using NX secondary development technology.The feasibility of this method is verified by the study of the traction machine frame parts,which lays the foundation for the intelligent process planning system to obtain part feature information.(2)The basic theory of knowledge base construction is analyzed.The whole structure of process knowledge base in process design is determined.By analyzing the knowledge representation methods of part information,manufacturing resources and process rules,the process knowledge base is constructed,which provides data support for the development of process planning system oriented to machining features.(3)Based on knowledge reasoning,a process planning model was built for traction machine frame parts.The sorting of parts process route is realized by using improved ant colony algorithm.The path distance between the operation cells was judged according to the similarity degree of the operation cells,and the priority constraint conditions between the machining units were established by setting the fore tables,generating the optimal or nearly optimal ordering of the operation cells.Therefore,the process route planning of the traction machine frame parts are realized.(4)In summary,the intelligent process decision-making system of tractor frame parts is developed by using the Qt graphical interface development tool and SQL Server database management system.This paper takes the traction machine frame parts as an analysis case,the function of each module of the system is demonstrated and explained,and the feasibility of the above theory is verified.
