| Associating with National Natural Science Foundation of China, National S&T Major Project and requirements from aviation enterprises, technology of feature-based process decision-making for aircraft structural parts are deeply studied. The main fruits are as follows:1) The method of classic process template based on feature for structural parts was studied. Summed up characteristics of the organizational structure typical process template for aircraft Structural parts, this method divided process template into process level templates and feature level templates. Then, combined with the experiences of the technicians, process template customization based on XML schema can be implemented.2) The method of process decision-making based on feature was studied. This method summed up object-oriented process knowledge presentation and process rule express based on feature. As a basis, the flow of process decision-making was studied. Synchronously, processing methods, cutting tools, cutting parameters and allowance was decided. At last, the method of process decision-making based on feature was realized.3) The method of machining features sequencing based on genetic algorithm was proposed. This method, which sets the least machine changing number, setup changing number and tool changing number as optimization objective, establish initial population restricted by priority coefficient matrix firstly. Then genetic operations such as reproduction, crossover and variation are used to evolve process sequence. Finally, optimized sequence can be got.4) The feature-based process decision-making system based on feature on MFC platform was developed, which has been well applied in one large aviation enterprise. |
