With the rapid development of the industry,the design of the pump manufacturing technology has made great progress,as a kind of special function pump self-priming pump technology has matured and has been widely applied to the ship,agriculture,machinery,electric power,mining,chemical and other industries,so the self-priming pump running stability and security requirement is higher and higher.,because of the rotor rotating impeller pump at work such as vibration and noise will happen at the same time,therefore the self-priming pump rotor characteristic is crucial,to ensure the safety and reliability of the work.This paper studies the magnetic self-priming pump,magnetic self-priming pump refers to the self-priming pump by magnetic transmission device drivers.Through the analysis of the pump structure,understand the composition of magnetic self-priming pump structure,working principle and its characteristics.To carry on the design and calculation,the impeller and the pump body and also know to have an effect on the pump performance and the structure characteristics of the main structure.In this paper,the structure of the magnetic force known self-priming pump statics analysis.Using the knowledge of the mechanical structure of main effect on the load calculation,the main shaft of the pump intensity.Using the ANSYS software to the pump body,impeller of pump and the spindle static analysis,the analysis results show that the strength of the parts meet the requirements.This article also use ANSYS software to the magnetic force pump body of self-priming pump,bearing body,spacer,and internal and external rotor modal analysis,the rotor system is composed of inner and outer rotor harmonic response analysis.Through the study of the modal analysis of the main structure of the pump,the lowest order natural frequency is much higher than the pump run time of the self-excited vibration frequency,so the pump at work resonance will not occur.Is obtained by harmonic response analysis of vibration displacement response frequency curve,the maximum relative displacement is small,shows that structure safety and reliability.Peak and harmonic response of the corresponding frequency is the natural frequency of structure,you can verify the correctness of the modal analysis.Upon the impact analysis of rotor system at the same time,through the equivalent stress,the total displacement and safety coefficient graph can be seen that the pump meet the requirements.
