With the rapid development of China’s economic construction,the comprehensive national strength has been continuously enhanced,the scale of investment in fixed assets has been increasing year by year,and the process of urbanization and modernization has been accelerating.Concrete mixing machinery has a good market prospect.Concrete mixing station is a combined device for mixing concrete.Its function is to feed,convey,store,mix,weigh,stir and discharge the raw materials of concrete,such as cement and admixture,water,sand,stone and additives,according to the preset mixture ratio,to produce finished concrete meeting the quality requirements.As an important part of concrete mixing station,the main building is divided into metering layer and mixing layer.Its main function is to measure and mix the concrete raw materials stored in the powder silo,and then mix them evenly and deliver them to the concrete mixer.In the past,when designing steel mixing plants,only plane static calculation was done,which was usually solved by the approximate solution of plane structural mechanics.This method was a treatment method under the condition of imperfect calculation means and limited by many preconditions.Because manual calculation is mainly used,the calculation process is complicated and the result is rough.In this paper,ANSYS software and the characteristics of various finite element types are used to model and assemble the main building structure of HZS182 concrete mixing station,and the linear analysis,nonlinear buckling analysis(eigenvalue buckling analysis,geometric nonlinear buckling analysis),natural vibration characteristics analysis(modal analysis)and dynamic analysis(harmonic response analysis)of the main building structure are carried out by using finite element method.Get and master the deformation trend and stress distribution of linear and nonlinear calculation of structure,whether buckling failure occurs,natural frequencies and vibration modes after system coupling,and structural response under several dynamic frequencies,and form a systematic calculation method of mixing station structure based on ANSYS software platform,which provides strong support for optimization and modification design of main building of mixing station series products,improves design efficiency,and at the same time lays a foundation for the next development of structural parametric design calculation software.There are 82 figures,7 tables and 81 references in this thesis.
