The development of the aging society China quickly,has become the primary problem of social development,while the elderly housing problem is a key problem China aging society,with the development of society and economy,the elderly health concept change,apartments for the elderly has gradually become the first choice of housing for the elderly,after investigation,the traditional sense of the old apartment landscape environment exists only in meet the pension function in the elderly,such as poor facilities and simple plants only,not all meet the needs of the elderly,this case is from the old apartment rehabilitation landscape view of the humanization design,is a means of rehabilitation landscape as adjuvant therapy the characteristics,methods and treatment through the rehabilitation combined with the psychological characteristics of the elderly,physiological characteristics and behavior of Kang Fujing The view of environment design,to meet the elderly living conditions and quality of life and improve the physical and mental health recovery of landscape design to provide more suitable for environment place for the elderly activities in the rehabilitation of human multiple functions.This paper first is starting from the situation of China’s aging and existing problem of apartments for the elderly and the landscape at the present stage of development and problems existing in the background,and through the in-depth study of the domestic and foreign research of the apartment for the aged development status and related literature theory,expounds the research purpose,research significance,and determines the research methods,research content and the frame,and the rehabilitation of landscape function and humane landscape concept in this paper.Secondly,summarize the variation characteristics of psychology,physiology and behavior of the elderly in summing up and put forward the strategies of the elderly demand of environment and landscape,including the elderly psychological perception,environmental perception and spatialbehavior in environmental landscape design strategies,after enumerating the related case on behalf of the interior landscape were studied,provided a favorable basis for the theory of the design of the case,and planning for the design of three design principles and human landscape,and then puts forward the design idea and design features.Finally,the program related research theory is applied to the Huludao elderly apartment rehabilitation landscape design practice of human nature,and hope that this program provides a little experience and reference for the future of the elderly apartment landscape design.
