This paper introduces a design of “general microcomputer device ZF300” by optoelectronic integrated. Design which is used for the function of the real time signal acquisition, transmission, analysis, processing and control in the high power control systems of the 10 KV substations.By accurately and timely analyzing and estimating the electrical signal from the current, voltage and temperature sensor in the substation control systems, the device cut off and isolate the electrical equipment whose feedback signal is unusual. The device has more than 20 kinds of commonly used protection functions, including the CT circuit protection, PT circuit protection, the three section current protection. The hardware part is composed of LCD, AC board, main control board, open and communication board, operation circuit board, power board, external box and terminal. The main control board module contains a high-speed 32-bit DSP chip TMS320F28335, a data memory(flash), a value memory(EEPROM), a cache(RAM), a clock(time), a hardware watchdog(watch dog), a low pass filter, a high precision operational amplifier, a photoelectric isolation input output interface, and portal circuit and so on..The device is stable and well tested by the simulation test.
