AC asynchronous motor has simple structure, right price, high durability andperformance well in sever environment. It is widely used in various industrial fields.The scholars pay more attention on how to improve the speed of AC asynchronousmotor. With the development of power electronics technology, the development ofVector Control is much better. Recently, Intelligent Control Theory was used infrequency speed control technology. The effect of Fuzzy PID control is excellent, andit is independent of controlled object. The dynamic and static performance isimproved. But, the designer of good fuzzy controller must have enough experiencesabout choosing membership function and control rule table. If the information was set,it couldn’t change. To solve the problem above, the coding in form of decimal way formembership function and control rule table is proposed. Two kinds of particlesrespectively define as membership functions and control rules. Optimize about usingITAE rule as fitness function in the particle swarm algorithm. CombiningPSO(particle swarm optimization) algorithm with Fuzzy PID control achieve onlineTuning for Fuzzy controller, which gets the stronger ability to adapt.PSO is simple and easy to implement characteristic, which is proved in Scienceand Engineering. PSO and other algorithms fall into local optimum and prematureconvergence. Analyzing the main reason and proposing the modified particle swarmoptimization. Firstly, the trajectories of the particles deal with visualizationprocessing by Matlab, which is more intuitive observation of particles in the wholeoptimization process. Summarize characteristics premature phenomenon of algorithm.Aimed at the global optimal location update stagnation phenomenon when particleswarm local convergence, Using the sharing function of particles within the scope oflocal optimal initialized and calibration for the dead zone, this method significantlyimproved PSO algorithm in the species diversity in the process of optimization. Testfunctions about improved algorithm are used to simulate, the results show that LDW-PSO algorithm has better ability to overcome the local optimal.The control principle and Mathematical model of Asynchronous motor, Vectorcontrol variable frequency speed regulation system was introduced, and design of hardware and software was finish in this paper. The hardware design is controlled byDSP chip as the core of part and IR2130as the core of the driving parts. Softwarealgorithm includes magnetic link with torque loop PI control algorithm and the speedloop of the fuzzy PID control algorithm based on particle swarm optimization. Finally,built simulation the model of fuzzy PID control based on particle swarm optimizationin Matlab/Simulink. Asynchronous motor drive system works in motor racing start,sudden loading and change speed under the same load, and so on. Simulation resultsthat speed regulation of fuzzy PID control based on particle swarm optimization hasthe advantages of fast response and super lower.
