Research for Micro grid mainly focuses on economy and reliability, safety study is relatively insufficient. And research regarding safety mainly considers using energy storage devices and grid-connection to reduce intermittent energy output volatility and the effect of load forecasting error, which has not formed the N-1 security check theory system like traditional power grid. As for the absorptive for intermittent energy, safety was not considered, and a full grid-connected strategy was adopted. Based on which, the wind penetration calculation model is established in this paper by analyzing the influence factors. And on this model, single objective security economic dispatching model, and multi-objective security economic dispatching model considering environmental protection is set up respectively. specific work is as follows:First of all, the impacts of the positive and negative spare capacity of grid-connected Micro grid, maximum load shedding and power abandoning, the attitude of dispatcher on safety are studied. And the influence of safety factors on wind penetration is further analyzed. So, the calculation model of the wind power penetration in grid-connected Micro grid is constructed.Secondly, based on the calculation model of wind power penetration, the single objective security economic dispatching model considering load shedding compensation cost and power abandoning punishment cost, and the valve point effect of unit cost is established. Constraints include the unit constraint, the active power balance constraint, wind power penetration constraint, and PCC node power interaction constraint to set the overload of a single load in distribution system. Using the improved bacterial foraging algorithm to solve the single objective security economic dispatching model. Finally, the validity of the proposed model is verified through the simulation results on a modified IEEE 14 node Micro grid.Finally, to reflect the environmental friendly of Micro grid, environmental benefits are considered in the existed single objective security economic dispatching model. The multi-objective dispatching model taking into account both economic cost and environmental benefits is therefore established. At the same time, because the improved bacterial foraging algorithm can't effectively solve the multi-objective problem, therefore, the improved NSGA-? algorithm is used in this paper to solve the model. The results of simulation analyze the influences between the wind power penetration and economy, safety and environmental protection, and verify the validity and accuracy of the improved algorithm in solving the complex model.
