With the development of construction industry, driven by demand for waterproof material is increasing. the requirements are also getting higher and higher, where the polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material with excellent properties is approved by people, but the application is limited because of the higher cost. SBS modified asphalt waterproof coiled material is one of the most widely used. It has good resistance to high and low performance. However, in the production process of SBS must be after fully grinding then it can be soluble in asphalt, which is not conducive to the improvement of production efficiency, and has a serious energy consumption promble.Hyperbranched polymer has a three-dimensional network structure, highly branched structure, molecular exist a lot of cavity and hydrogen bond, it has low viscosity.Therefore, this paper designed and synthesized a kind of double bond of the end for the modified asphalt. As hyperbranched polymer synthesis and application has made great progress, making overruns the industrialized production of the polymer becomes more and more mature, which makes the application of polymer overruns also has certain significance of popularization.1.Synthesis and characterization of hydroxyl terminated polymers(HP)First partial trimellitic anhydride and diisopropanol amine synthesis of AB2 type growth monomer, and triethanolamine as core molecule of preparing hyperbranched polymer, at the same time, through controlling nuclear molecules with AB2 type growth monomer ratio in the synthesis of the second generation and third generation and fourth generation hyperbranched polymers. By means of infrared spectrum, hydroxyl value determination, element analysis and other testing methods, the synthesis of hydroxyl terminated polymers was characterized by the analysis of the test results.2.Synthesis and characterization of double bond modified hyper branched polymer(M-HP)With methyl acrylate on the synthesis of hydroxyl terminated overruns polymer modified double bond, and the infrared spectrum, hydroxyl value determination and thermo gravimetric measurements were characterized and hydroxyl terminated hyperbranched polymers were compared, analysis showed that the modification effect is good.This paper has separately discussed the M-HP alone use and SBS and synergistic effect of modified asphalt, modified asphalt softening point, penetration and extension degree and flexibility at low temperature properties were tested and analyzed, synergistic effect, the optimum dosage of the two and the best ratio of M-HP and SBS drawn.With the continuous growth of China's oil imports, the rapid development of coal oil industry, one of the main problem is the production of a large number of coal tar, both waste of resources, but also the environmental pollution. In this paper, the design of the application of coal tar pitch waterproof coiled material, and asphalt mixture through the M-HP and SBS collaborative modification, preparation of the performance of the waterproof coiled material. This will not only reduce the cost of waterproof coiled material, but also can save resources and protect the environment.The composition of coal tar pitch is analyzed, and it is found that the structure of coal tar pitch and asphalt is very similar, and the two can be well compatible. Respectively discusses the coal tar pitch, softening oil and talcum powder etc. components of different adding quantities, asphalt softening point and elastic recovery rate and flexibility at low temperature performance and analysis, it is concluded that the optimum ratio of various components. The performance of the modified asphalt prepared by the ratio of the mixture is detected, which can meet the requirements of the national standard. And then made waterproof coiled material, in accordance with the requirements of the standard performance test, We find that the performance meets the technical requirements of the standard. From this we can see that coal tar pitch modification is successful.
