Study On The Agri-forestry Ecological Park Planning Under Circular Economy Theory

With the present stage that human economic developed to,people began to realize that the old model of economic development which exist phenomena like high input,low output,high emissions,and bring many drawbacks such as the soil,water and air pollution,no longer meet the future development,and circular economy theory which promotes low-input,high output,low-emission cames into being.With the economic development and the change of people’s lifestyle,agri-forestry ecological park as an emerging tourist destination received more favor of tourists.Using Circular economic theory to guide agri-forestry ecological park planning beneficial to promoting the integration of primary industry and tertiary industry and the coordination of economic and ecological benefits which can realize win-win of social,economic and environmental.This paper discussed the models and methods of the agri-forestry ecological park planning with the guide of circular economy theory and took Anhui Langxi Lung King Agri-forestry ecological park as a case study.The main results of this study were as followings:1、This article further defined the connotation and extension of circular economy and agri-forestry ecological park,systematically discussed the theory of circular economy and the theory of planning agri-forestry ecological park,summarized the characteristics of agri-forestry ecological park under the theoretical guidance of circular economy in terms of agri-forestry production,ecological environment,landscape patterns and technology system and summarized its function in the production,ecology,tourism and society.2、This article put forward that agri-forestry ecological park planning should follow the theory of circular economy and the guiding ideology of scientific concept of development and and the circular economy "3R" principles,science and technology leader principle,the principle of unified planning,the integration of ecological and economic principle and the principle of local conditions.3、This article put forward the principles and content of industrial chain planning in agri-forestry ecological park which under the theoretical guidance of circular economy and planning industries in agri-forestry ecological park like ecological farming,ecological forestry,ecological animal husbandry,ecological fisheries,ecological industry,ecological tourism according to the principles of industrial ecology and the circular economy principles.4、This article put forward the principles and methods of zoning the agri-forestry ecological park which under the theoretical guidance of circular economy and it generally divided into ecological agri-forestry demonstration area,tourism area,science education functional areas,processing areas,technology transfer and display area.5、This article took Anhui Langxi Lung King Agri-forestry Ecological Park as a case study to detailed analysis the method of the agri-forestry ecological park planning which under the theoretical guidance of circular economy.
