The Research On The Planning Design And Evaluation Of Eco Industrial Park Under The Concept Of Circular Symbiosis

The global warming,resource shortage and haze caused by the traditional industri al development model have become the common fetters that hinder the sustainable dev elopment of all human beings.At home and abroad,the research and exploration of e co industrial park are carried out,and it is expected to realize the recycling and effici ent utilization of materials and energy through the construction of eco industrial park,so as to reduce the damage and pollution to the ecological environment.But as far as China is concerned,in terms of the research area of eco industrial park,most of the m are concentrated in the central and eastern regions,and lack of attention to the bac kward regions in the West;in terms of the theoretical system,lack of research on the industrial park from a multi-disciplinary perspective,especially from the perspective o f urban and rural planning discipline,and lack of research and Exploration on the spe cific planning path and method of eco industrial park.Therefore,from the perspective of environmental protection and urban-rural planni ng and design,the paper integrates the theory of industrial symbiosis,circular econom y and cleaner production,and adopts the research methods of literature analysis,case analysis,field research,level analysis and empirical case deduction to study the three parts of eco industrial park,namely,the chain network of circular co production,plan ning and design,and sustainable development evaluation The contents are as follows:(1)According to the design of the industrial chain network of circular symbiosis of eco industrial park,four construction principles are put forward and the constructio n method should be in accordance with the four steps of "determination of key indust ries-vertical extension of leading industrial chain-horizontal coupling of symbiotic i ndustries-circular symbiosis at regional level" to form the industrial chain network o f circular symbiosis of eco industrial park.Among them,the key industries can be sel ected by the method of AHP combined with the scientific selection of regional advant ageous industries,which lays the foundation for the rational construction of the circula r symbiotic industrial chain network.(2)In view of the planning and design of the eco industrial park,it is proposed that in terms of the architectural design of the park,the application of building energ y conservation and emission reduction technology should be enhanced,and humanistic care should be reflected in the architectural function and form design;in terms of the road traffic organization,the production,transportation and pedestrian demand of the p ark road should be comprehensively considered for rational design;in terms of the lan dscape design of the park,the landscape system is proposed Unified design strategy,a nd the introduction of ecological and landscape are more prominent four types of land scape elements;in infrastructure construction,it is proposed to increase the developme nt and use of new energy,establish the park solid waste recycling and water recyclin g project,and establish the park information,technology sharing platform.(3)In view of the later evaluation of eco industrial park planning,AHP fuzzy co mprehensive evaluation method is proposed to comprehensively evaluate the park,a co mprehensive and systematic eco industrial park evaluation index system is constructed,expert consultation method is selected to determine the weight of each index and the membership degree of qualitative index,semi gradient function is used to determine th e membership degree of quantitative index,and finally weighted average operator is se lected to use matla B software does fuzzy synthetic calculation to get the fuzzy comp rehensive evaluation results of industrial park.Based on the above research,a comprehensive and novel industrial park planning path has been formed,and the traditional industrial park planning process has been im proved and improved.And take Huachi County Ecological Industrial Park as an exam ple.Finally,the main points are as follows:(1)Through the research on the construction of the industrial chain network of E cological Industrial Park,we can effectively improve the efficiency of regional resourc e utilization,reduce environmental pollution,and improve economic,environmental and social benefits.(2)Under the guidance of the circular symbiotic industrial chain network,the eco industrial park planning and design based on the urban and rural planning perspective can further reduce the pollution emissions of the industrial park,save energy and red uce emissions,beautify the landscape environment of the park,which is conducive to the sustainable development of the park.(3)In the later stage of planning,the comprehensive evaluation of eco industrial park by AHP comprehensive fuzzy evaluation method can quantify the evaluation resul ts of the park and get the evaluation values of evaluation indexes at all levels of the park,realize the monitoring and feedback of the construction effect of the industrial p ark,and make timely adjustment,which is conducive to the management and construct ion of the park.In addition,this method is scientific,simple and easy to use,which i s worth popularizing.Through the study of eco industrial park,the theoretical system of eco industrial park has been expanded in the theoretical sense;in the practical sense,it can provide effective practical guidance for the construction of eco industrial park in the specific r egion western poverty-stricken area.
