Energy is the material foundation of human activities.The development of human society cannot live without energy and the application of energy technology.What's more,it promotes the development of social cultivation and the human itself.As is known,fossil fuel has been the main mode of energy utilization and the demand of it continues to grow unabated.Thus,with the tradition of growing depletion of the three main fossil energy(coal,oil and natural gas),the global energy crisis has broken out and become a severe issue the world will face.With concerns about environmental pollution,depletion of fossil energy and thirst for life idea of low-carbon,the development and research of renewable-energy are taken more seriously.As one of the many new energy,solar energy is accepted commonly for its clean,economic,and other advantages,called the ideal alternative energy.Photovoltaic(pv)grid generation,as the main form of solar energy to use,draws more and more attention from all over the world for its immense effect in alleviating energy crisis,greenhouse effect and environmental protection.As the core part of PV power system,selection of the simulation model for photovoltaic cell is very important.The P-V curve of PV arrays has the characteristics of multi-summit under partially shaded conditions,which makes the maximum power point tracking(MPPT)failed.Conventional MPPT methods are ineffective under partially shaded conditions,because multiple local maximum can be exhibited on the power-voltage characteristic curve.Based on this,a modified Quantum-behaved Particle Swarm Optimization(MQPSO)algorithm for solving multiple MPPT is proposed.By using the new model based delta potential,integrating tournament selection mechanism and random-weighted mean best position,the algorithm not only improves the search's efficiency and precision,but also stronger and preserve the diversity of the swarm population.Simulation and experimental results show that the proposed algorithm is more precise than other algorithms(namely Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm,PSO;Quantum-behaved Particle Swarm Optimization algorithm,QPSO)on tracking the maximum power point of PV arrays,and improve the efficiency of the PV array output.Based on the above theory research,taking the solar power system of the Qingliang Mountain Nature Conserve with grid-connected mode in Anhui Province as a background and relying on it,design and research of photovoltaic system on video surveillance and sub control center is made in this paper.Aim at actual deployment environment and application requirements,the whole system is designed,and the basis for system design and selection of related equipment is provided.Finally,through the analysis of the economic and environmental benefit of the entire grid-connected photovoltaic power generation system.It can be seen,although the cost of solar photovoltaic power generation system is slightly higher than the power grid,with the support of various policies,some areas with convenient transportation and reliable supplies of electricity,grid-connected photovoltaic system is the best choice.The photovoltaic system as a green energy,will become the first choice for the development of new energy sources.
