Since the industrial revolution, the industrial development process get a leap in the development, the world's non renewable energy consumption is becoming sever as the transformation and progressing by leaps and bounds. As entering twenty-first Century, global energy specially for fossil energy such as oil?gas?coal fossil energy, becomes scarce, which further led to the concern of researchers in Europe and America how to more effectively use and save energy. Building insulation materials, building block, insulation mortar for example meet the wall energy saving requirements in a more comprehensive way become more and more strict, so currently top the energy-saving insulation agenda is mainly to the development of new wall materials and to promote its development and popularization. Through the use of new energy-saving materials and cement and other inorganic binder combination,comprehensive utilization of advantages of all kinds of materials and combining the construction technology of continuous improvement and innovation, pioneered a new field in the development of new energy-saving insulation wall materials.This paper summarizes a large number of the existing new thermal insulation material and insulation technology, found that the majority of them do not process thermal bridge appropriately through the contrast observation, which greatly reduce the wall insulation ability,what is more the construction speed is slow and processes is various,. Hence, a new form of integral cast-in-situ wall named cast-in-situ integral wall consisting of emulsion powder&EPS pellets(or CWEE wall) is raised in this essay. The CWEE wall uses emulsion powder, cement, EPS pellets, admixture and cellulose as primary raw materials.Casting the whole wall as a construction technology so as to closely intergrate with the beam and column.It compeletly blocks the thermal bridge of wall and main structure. The thermal performance of the wall is perfect.According to the construction characteristics of CWEE wall, due to the lack of specific norms and standards to meet, so on the basis of related national standard test method of similar material,some experiments and researches have been conducted. Density test, water content test is conducted to predict the anti permeability strength of the CWEE, and the factors of anti-permeability strength is determinded. To predict the thermal performance of CWEE,much calculations are made. To prove the maneuverability of the wall materials, the test of building formwork and curing date is designed. Focused on validating the feasibility of CWEE, the trial production is conducting and the social and economic benefits of the walmeterials is reserched. At the same time, in order to make CWEE better usage and further promotion in project, summarizes some suggestions in the use of Engineering is summarized in this paper.
