Natural reserve highway is the infrastructure of the forest,Has been a bottleneck restricting the development of forestry economy.Forest highway construction must be established on the basis of its service function research.Forest highway has developed from the past to provide timber logging, forest products processing and transportation convenient function,Development is now mainly on service function,as the forest resources protection,fire prevention, pest control, strengthen the public security management and convenient of ecological tourism.Forest highway construction has become an important content of the forestry construction,especially the highway planning and design,playing a decisive role to the development of forest region in the future.The forest function zoning is divided according to the regional different biodiversity, position and function,the focus and the ways of the protection.So the forest highway planning and design must be combined with its function zoning,only so can it play a correlation role.Therefore,it has an important theoretical and practical significance to carry out in the service function evaluation research on the basis of forest functional zoning and highway design.This research collected analysis of related literature at home and abroad,Put forward forest region highway construction feasibility research content on the basis of considering the service function evaluation.Through to understand function division,reserve highway design content of the Bamianshan Nature Reserve in Hunan Province,Considering the transportation,forest protection,recreation and regional harmony, four aspects of the service function.Qualitative and quantitative selection of evaluation indexes related to highway service function.With the aid of combining Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method construct evaluation model,To complete the service function evaluation of forest highway.Forest highway service function evaluation is a key part of this thesis.On the basis of functional zoning,design of forest highway,Analysis of forest highway main influence factorson environment along the line,Summed up the service function evaluation index.The questionnaire survey of evaluation index is used for statistical analysis.Finally,Service function evaluation is given to Bamianshan highway apply the AHP-Fuzzy evaluation method,put forward Scientific and reasonable Suggestions on existing shortcomings,Aims to provide a reference for forest region highway construction.
