Research On The Development Of Rural Settlements In The South Of Linzhou From The Perspective Of Beautiful Countryside

In recent years,with the rapid development of national economy and the deepening development of new urbanization,academic circle's attention in rural areas has increased greatly.The paper selects Wulong town in southern Linzhou as the scope of the study,on the one hand,the author is familiar with this area,it will be convenient to collect and arrange all kinds of data;on the other hand,Wulong town is not a particularly good township,it has some representative significance for the study of ordinary Township settlement areas.The starting point of this paper is focused on the rural settlement development problems in Wulong town,on the construction of the beautiful countryside of national concern.In the beautiful countryside perspective,the author puts forward some optimization suggestions on the development of the rural settlements in Wulong town.On the basis of defined concepts,the paper uses multiple research methods of literature search,field research,induction and reduction,synthesis,starting from the development environment of rural settlements in Wulong town in southern Linzhou,by analyzing their distribution characteristics,space features and development motivation,the reality and existing problems of settlement development from five aspects about development scale and growth degree,life environment,configuration of public service facilities,rural construction mechanism and living space are analyzed.Pointed out the problems of the development of rural settlements in Wulong Town,which are uneven development of settlement,the empty of the settlement,the seriously worrying living environment,lack of infrastructure,lack of planning guidance for rural construction,living space indoor development.Under the view of beautiful countryside,we put forward the optimization principle of rural settlements in Wulong Town,try to guide the development of rural settlements from stratified surface,then sum up three construction models of beautiful countryside in Wulong Town,and propose five specific measures in view of village planning,rural construction,village characteristics,management mechanism and rural culture.Through the research,the author puts forward the following points:(1)Rural settlement is a multi-level,comprehensive system,its development is strongly interacted by many factors.The development of rural settlements in Wulong Town is comprehensively affected by the natural environment,economic,social and culture,policy and technology.(2)In the process ofoptimization,the rural settlements should adopt measures suiting local conditions.Based on the resource conditions,social status,and development characteristics of rural settlements in Wulong Town,the paper put forward three kinds of beautiful countryside mode,namely ecological protection mode,the comprehensive management of social mode,and cultural heritage mode.(3)When constructing beautiful countryside in Wulong Town,we should lay stress on village planning,improving the rural housing,miming the unique feature of village,sound management mechanism,and flourish rural culture,to make beautiful countryside of“Ecological livable,productive efficiency,happy life,humanity harmony” come true.
