| The strategy of revitalizing the countryside is the strategy put forward by Comrade Xi Jinping in the report of the 19 th Party Congress on October 18,2017.The rapid development of urbanization is accompanied by the birth of complex social contradictions.Urban residents face a series of severe tests due to environmental degradation and resource shortages which caused by the long-term development imbalance between urban and rural areas.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress pointed out that solving the issue of "three rural issues" must be regarded as the top priority of the party’s work,which aims to change the unbalanced phenomena between urban and rural.The construction of a beautiful countryside is the implementation of the strategy of revitalizing the countryside.Its significance lies in changing the mode of resource utilization in rural areas,promoting industrial development,improving supporting facilities for public services,improving farmers’ lives and the ecological environment.Based on the related theoretical research,this paper addresses the current problems of rural construction in the suburbs of Beijing,analyzes the case of excellent and beautiful rural construction,selects 7 villages in Mapo Town as samples at the same time,and takes integral layout through putting forward the development proposition Taking a single village as the case of planning and construction,a beautiful rural planning rectification plan is formulated,and on this basis,suggestions for setting up the strategy and mode of beautiful rural planning and construction in Shunyi District are put forward in the context of Beijing “reduction” development.First of all,the author analyzes and studies the excellent planning and construction cases of beautiful villages at home and abroad,and puts forward the principles and Strategies of planning and design of beautiful villages in the context of Beijing “reduction” development.Taking seven villages in Mapo Town of Beijing as samples,this paper analyzes the rural construction from the perspective of location,economic development,history and culture,and summarizes the existing problems in the construction of beautiful villages in Mapo Town at this stage.Putting forward development proposition,overall layout and spatial structure for each village(Shijiaying Village,Maojiaying Village,Yaodian Village,Ma Juan Village,Liang Zheng Juan Village,Miao Juan Village,Yaomen Village).Then select three beautiful rural first-model demonstration villages(Shijiaying Village,Maojia Village,andYaodian Village)in Shunyi District to formulate the planning structure and implement the planning assessment,and analyze its investment and benefits.Finally,taking the example of Yaojiadian Village among the three villages as an example,starting from the household survey,the current situation problems are summarized and rectification measures are formulated,and a beautiful rural planning and design plan for the entire village is proposed.Based on the case study,the author proposes a suggestion of the building mode which is suitable for the planning and construction of beautiful countryside in the suburbs of Beijing.Nowadays,domestic urbanization is developing rapidly,and the unbalanced economic development and environmental carrying capacity caused by rapid urban expansion are ceaselessly emerging.The demand for reasonable planning and construction of villages is even more urgent.As the first city in the country to implement “reduction” development,Beijing needs to implement a high-quality development model with reduced size,concise functions,and tighter precision to ease the non-capital fuctions,whose beautiful rural planning and construction are unique.The author takes Mapo Town,Shunyi District,Beijing as a concrete example to study,in order to explore the optimal model for the planning and construction of beautiful villages in the suburbs of Beijing in the context of “reduction” development and provide some suggestions and references for other regions to build the beautiful rural. |
