Fuzzy Earned Value Method Research Considering The Safetyand Well-Regulated Factors

With the project becomes intensive,diverse and complex,the difficulty of project management accumulates.There are numberless methods in practical engineering project management.The Earned Value Method is the most widely used method in the progress and cost integrated control and monitoring.However,traditional Earned Value Method are full of drawbacks,which affects its practical use in the engineering projects.This paper adds safe and well-regulated factors in the Earned Value Method,so as to evaluate the engineering project more comprehensively.In the compositive evaluation,firstly determine the level of engineering safe and well-regulated factors according to project's own property,determine the factors which affect safe and well-regulated aspects,which in turn obtain the engineering safe and well-regulated factor domain.The fuzzy relationship evaluation matrix will be established according to the evaluation level domain.Due to different role and status of various factors in the evaluation of the project,the weight set is introduced to weigh various factors.Combining matlab software and the level analysis to make quick calculations in the process of determining the weight set.Then select fuzzy operator,compare the advantages and disadvantages of various fuzzy operators,choosing the appropriate fuzzy operator to facilitate synthesis calculations the weight distribution set and evaluation matrix.Then quantize evaluation level into the safe and well-regulated index and Earned Value method SEV.Then find out the deviation of cost,SEV,and progress,estimating the site cost and progress in the next period,finally obtain an estimated the completion time and total cost.Finally,analysis the deviation of safe and well-regulated,progress and cost,present the allowable deviation,the deviations to correct and uncorrectable deviation,and state briefly measures to achieve the overall objective of the project.
