| One of the most important things of the project in the construction stage is the control of schedule and cost.Contemporary construction projects in China are gradually developing towards complex structure and mass,which brings great challenges to project management and control.it makes it difficult to collect project data,complex data processing,time-consuming information integration,rough and inaccurate results and so on.Therefore,this paper uses BIM technology as the information integration platform to collect and process project data,uses triangular fuzzy function to predict project progress,calculates project performance index based on critical path earned value analysis,judges the deviation of project progress and cost,and takes corresponding corrective measures in time,so as to achieve accurate and reasonable management and control of the project.(1)Starting from the relevant theories of project cost-schedule management and BIM technology,this paper introduces the contents and characteristics of earned value method,fuzzy theory and BIM technology respectively,and finds that the combination of earned value method and fuzzy theory has obvious advantages in analyzing project cost and schedule data,and makes clear the superiority of BIM technology in the application of engineering projects.(2)The BIM5 D software and its application characteristics are mainly introduced.By analyzing the limitation of the traditional earned value method in the application,the earned value management of the critical path is put forward,and the fuzzy earned value analysis model of the critical path based on BIM5 D is established by combining the fuzzy theory.(3)The application of the actual case in this analysis model is introduced,and the results verify the feasibility of the fuzzy earned value analysis of the critical path based on BIM5 D,and the use of BIM technology also makes the analysis process more accurate and efficient.Combined with the process of taking deviation correction measures to the project by BIM5 D,it also shows that this method can effectively speed up the construction progress of the project.The research results show that the fuzzy earned value theory is more suitable for the practical application of the project than the traditional earned value theory.The use of BIM technology can not only take preventive measures in advance,information integration is efficient and fast,but also save more time for project managers and improve the management and control level of the project. |
