Power transformer is one of the most important basic elements in the process of electric energy transmission, and it is widely used in the transmission and distribution of power system. Power loss in the transmission process mainly depends on the size of transformer capacity, the loss of its own, and whether the transformer is in the economic operation state.So the running state and the operation mode of the transformer directly affects the power system operation and investment of the whole power system. And the main factors that determine the economic operation of the transformers include the power of the transformer itself, as well as the no-load reactive power loss, short circuit reactive power loss, transformer capacity, etc..This paper focuses on the characteristics of the design for the Bureau of Baotou depot off the whole time preparedness to make good use of passenger car servicing time, reduce loss,and improve the efficiency of economic operation of transformer. And to ensure that the power supply security is the security goal we want to achieve, the quality of power supply is our goal to achieve, and can bring much benefit to the enterprise,which is the economic goal we want to achieve.According to the bus servicing characteristics and transformer on the basis of load changes,This paper finds out the load peak and off peak time by using different operation modes access to some economic operation scheme. Some basic problems in the economic operation of the transformer and the operation modes of the transformer are analyzed and demonstrated.At the same time,it also takes into account the influence of the different types of transformers,and the different technical characteristics between the different transformer economic operations.To determine the economic operation of the progra,and the transformer utilization rate to reach or not reach the economic operating conditions, Are depending on the situation or exit one of the transformer. As a result.The purpoose of this paper is to improve the power factor of the whole 1# and 2# box in Baotou, so as to improve the utilization ratio of the transformer, and reduce the loss of the air and the load of the transformer.After the implementation of this design, the first, it reduces the newspaper installed capacity of the power supply bureau, and reduce the cost of electricity; second, it reduces the user's electricity expenses;last, it can improve the overall grid environment, improving economic efficiency.According to the data calculation and simulation test, it is concluded that the time control method is fully capable of achieving the economic operation of the transformer, and the method is easier to maintain and maintain.
