Empirical Research Of Safety Risk Evaluation For Wuxi Power Grid Operation

As is known widely, power grid plays an important role in serving the people's life,improving city function and promoting social and economic development. Today, the development of power grid has become an important technical means of energy and resource optimization allocation. "Remote large capacity transmission, the regional interconnection of power grid, the rapid development of new energy technology” has gradually become the theme of the development of modern power grid. With the continuous expansion of the scale of power grid, the grid structure and mode of operation are more complex, the demand of social and economic development for electricity is growing, and the safe, stable and reliable power supply demands are increasing. The safety of power supply enterprises is diversified and complex.Meanwhile, natural disasters, the destruction of external forces, human responsibility,and the system is weak in the way of equipment failure and other reasons leading to the occurrence of large area blackout, which has increasingly become a major threat to power grid security. Therefore, how to analyze and evaluate the security risk scientifically is the problem that the power supply enterprises have to solve.From the perspective of modern enterprise security management, learning from the advanced experience of domestic and foreign security risk management, the paper analyses the security risks of the power grid and the status of the safety management of Wuxi Power Supply Company. Using the AHP method to analyze the safety production of Wuxi Power Supply Company, it includes: personnel, equipment, environment, power load change, accident handling capacity and so on. And using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP) to study and quantify the possibility and severity of all kinds of risk factors to set up the safety risk assessment index system of Wuxi Power Supply Company. Through practical application, the paper intends to evaluate the safety risk of Wuxi Power Supply Company, and to make clear the level of security risk and the existence of the main risk factors and propose the controlling measures, on this account,the paper wants to promote the continuous improvement of the overall level of Wuxi power supply company safety production.
