Research On Material Procurement Risk Management Of G Power Grid Company Based On FMEA

With the coming of the digital era,the positioning of supply chain in enterprises have changed from a supporting role at the very beginning into an important source of profit and an endogenous driving force.Due to the development and maturity of risk management theory,power grid enterprises have to rely on continuous optimization of purchasing risk management so as to achieve their own strategic objectives of deepening reform,transformation and upgrading and innovative development.In recent years,while the related concepts of purchasing risk management have attracted wide attention in China,the purchasing risks have gradually become an important concern of modern enterprises.The researches on purchasing risk management at home and abroad mainly use various theoretical tools and analytical methods to analyze,identify and evaluate the risks points,and at the same time take risk response measures and strategies based on the evaluation results.Starting from the purchasing of power materials in G Grid Company,this paper adopts the process analysis method to analyze the material purchasing process of G Grid Company,and comprehensively identifies the risks that exist in the various business links of demand planning,purchasing execution,contract performance,and supplier management.Then,this paper evaluates compares and sorts the existing risk points by using the method of failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA),and obtains the risk level of material purchasing of G Grid Company according to the analysis results.Finally,based on specific work and the current situation of the company,this paper puts forwards the specific response measures of risk points according to the risk level.The research of this paper has reference significance for G Grid Company as a state-owned power enterprise to improve its control ability of material purchasing risk,and to promote the standard and efficient development of material purchasing business of G Grid Company and other similar enterprises.
