Research Of The Whole Process Cost Management Based On BIM-5D Technology

Construction Project Cost Management is one of the difficult construction project management in the core content, but also the project management. With the rapid economic development, China's growing large and complex projects, building more and more features,added to the amount of information has become more and more buildings. Such engineering construction units, long construction period, the difficulty of the process of building large amount of information, project management is also large, traditional information and communication management depend difficulty of the work makes our cost management is increasing. Although in recent years of cost management system has been a certain degree of development and improvement, pricing models and valuation measurement tools have improved, but there are still plagued by a series of whole process of cost management theory and methods of implementation issues. For example, the cost of management out of touch with the market and with a regional, cost engineering process implementation phase isolated from each other on a variety of cost information can not conduct a comprehensive grasp of engineering information that is shared and synergies more difficult, lack of uniform standards across the country and refinement of the concept of cost management, project cost data updates and maintenance can not timely updates, the cost is difficult to achieve process management, cost analysis fineness is not enough data, data accumulation difficult issues.In order to solve the above problems and achieve the refinement of cost management and management of the whole process, this paper based on building information model(Building Information Modeling, BIM) of the Construction Cost Management of the whole process,BIM is a three-dimensional digital technology based on the establishment of a multidimensional information model, for the whole life cycle of the construction project, the project all the participants, the project at different levels of application provides all the information about the project, so that different actors can get the information needed to use the most intuitive way, thereby greatly increasing the controllability of projects, shorten the construction period, control costs, reduce errors, improve quality and cost savings.On the basis of the relevant research and analysis on the status quot at home and abroad,we introduce the whole process of cost management BIM technology, the basic theories,concepts and implementation of BIM-5D model. To verify the BIM technology theory and practice together, select a project in a university building projects empirical analysis and research, on which the relevant cost data extract, organize and cost data applications BIM after the technologies used to produce a comparative analysis to build China project cost management played a crucial role, but also hope to provide a reference for a number of construction companies in the practical work of cost management, thereby enhancingeconomic efficiency of China's construction industry to provide some theories and methods.And for traditional operators amount BIM count the amount of the characteristics of a detailed analysis and summary, calculated after application of BIM technology savings out of the project costs, labor and social resources, further authentication is based on the efficiency of BIM technology, cost management, intelligent, convenience.
